Buddy Henley

President

Upon earning his degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, Buddy began his career with Henley Construction Company, Inc. in 1988. He progressed through the ranks of learning the field and eventually transitioned to the office. Having held positions of Estimator, Project Manager and Vice President, Buddy assumed the role of President of the company which he has held since 2007.

While with Henley Construction, Buddy has earned the title of Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) from the American Hospital Association and is also a LEED AP, BD+C. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of The Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Metro Washington Chapter and is active in both membership and legislative committees. Buddy's primary goal is to transition Henley Construction Company, Inc. into the future while maintaining the core values and principles established fifty years ago.
