Lake Braddock Secondary School

The Lake Braddock Secondary School Project involved 80,000 square feet of addition and 520,000 square feet of renovation while the building was occupied by more than 4,000 students. In a total of 15 separate phases over a 32 month period of construction, the project was completed while the school remained fully operational. To accommodate the students, a total of 52 trailers were placed on site to temporarily replace instructional space undergoing modernization. We also took great caution in maintaining positive pressure in the occupied spaces bordering our construction to verify that the occupants were safe and comfortable.
